History
I had severe back pain and discomfort of pregnancy. I had fallen on the ice, which aggravated my problems.

Treatment
My treatments gave me immediate results. I didn’t know how much pain I had until it was all gone!

Recommendations
I would recommend that people seek out a good chiropractor before using traditional doctors who usually prescribe prescription drugs to cover up the problem instead of treating to correct the underlying problem.

History
When I first went to Alternative Health Associates I had shingles on my left leg. They were very painful and caused my left leg to be very weak. I was unable to walk without a walker.

Treatment
I had no help from other types of treatment. Their doctors used Activator Chiropractic Adjustments and Acupuncture (very gentle).

Results
The pain is gone. I am walking with a cane instead of a walker. At home I don’t need any support I am sure the numbness will leave soon.

Recommendations
If you are hurting I think these doctors are great to see. They did wonders for me.

History
I had gone to a back specialist for severe back pain. He found nothing wrong. He sent me to a physical therapist that laid out a program of exercises. The exercises helped. I did them for about 10 years and continued to have back pain but not as severe. A chiropractic approach, finally, made a correction that was remarkable. Later, I developed a pain in my shoulder from operating a computer. Gradually, it got worse and my adjustments were not getting the job done. I got to where I could only sleep 4 hours a night. I couldn’t play my favorite game, golf, without a severe aggravation. A friend then told me about a doctor that helped his wife with acupuncture after her chiropractor couldn’t help her. That doctor got rid of all her back problems. That is when we came to this clinic.

Treatment
Right after my first treatment my pain got worse. I had to sleep with ice all that first night. The next morning I awakened—pain free. I have had some reoccurrence of the pain but my acupuncture treatment always makes it go away.

Results
Excellent! Try these chiropractic doctors if you have pain that won’t go away. They are chiropractic and acupuncture specialists.

My dad is into health, so it was through him that I got the idea to try the clinic. I had been injured from playing basketball and track, over a period of 2 ? years.

My treatments have enabled my body to be in top condition for my sports activities. My performance was better in not only basketball but my times were faster in track that put a smile on my coaches. I had a lot more energy.

My primary complaint was severe low back and hip pain with numbness into my thighs. I had several car accidents in the past. I was unable to walk without pain. My pain was severe. I had been bed-ridden for 3 weeks and had been attended by multiple doctors who only gave me pills.

Treatment
Now I can walk pain free with very little numbness in my legs.

History
I was in a car rollover on January 9, 1996. I had 4 epidural injections. 1 in my neck, 1 in my mid-back and 2 in my lower back. Also I had a nerve block. They gave me only a little bit of relief. My daughter lived in Menominee, Wisconsin and was being seen by a chiropractic physician that was giving her good help. I live in Minneapolis and he referred me to Dr. Thatcher.

Treatment results
I feel like a million dollars! However, I don’t know how a million dollar bill feels. I get more help sleep at night. I also got rid of 33 months of constant pain that was more than I could tolerate. The caring doctors and staff here are amazing.

Recommendation
I would tell people to have chiropractic treatments and acupuncture. It does a whole world of good and makes one feels like a new person.
